The Story behind this Cake
I made this cake with Valentine's Day in mind. It was made for my husband, who is not a lover of either chocolate or icing, so it is a vanilla cake with strawberries and cream filling. The cake was covered with a pink coloured white chocolate ganache, then wrapped with a white fondant collar.
