The Story behind this Cake
Let's admit it. Games with food is always more fun so why not edible poker cards?! These cookies were created for a poker-loving birthday boy to accompany the cake. My cookie base is a basic vanilla cut-out cookie, then covered with flood icing consistency white royal icing. The details were added using fondant and cut out using Patchwork Card Set cutters.
