Ingredients & Tools

  • Fondant
  • Fondant ball tool
  • Toothpick
  • Brush
  • Thin painting brush
  • Rolling pin
  • Flower cutter
  • Black color

Tutorial Step by Step

  1. Prepare the fondant in white, pink, black and yellow color.
  2. Take the amount of fondant you want for the Hello Kitty's legs and roll the fondant into two smooth balls.
  3.  Form them into drops.
  4. Take the amount of fondant you want for the Hello Kitty's body and roll the fondant into a ball.
  5. Shape this ball into a cone and place it on Kitty's legs. Secure the whole thing with a toothpick.
  6. Roll out the pink fondant and cut out a flower shape.
  7. Put this flower on to the the toothpick and create a dress.
  8. Make another white ball for the head.
  9. Start shaping the ears by gently pressing the ends of the ball with your thumb or your index finger.
  10.  Brush some water on top of the dress and place the head on the dress.
  11. Mark the holes for the eyes with a ball tool.
  12. Create two small black balls and put them into the holes.
  13. Mark a hole for the nose with a ball tool.
  14. Create a small yellow ball and put it into the hole and create the nose.
  15. For the ribbon, shape two pink balls into drops.
  16. Press with a ball tool small hole in each of the drops.
  17. Brush some water on kitty's head and place the ribbon on.
  18. Add small round piece of pink fondant in the middle of the ribbon.
  19. Form two white balls for the hands and place them on her body.
  20. For the whiskers, use black edible paint and a thin brush.
