The Story behind this Cake
I was asked to create a Nerf cake for a little boys birthday. I was given no picture and was told anything Nerf. Inside was a Chocolate cake with our signature chocolate filling, with chocolate ganache covering under the icing. The bullets around the edge were created with chocolate fingers and icing covered in red and blue. The gun on top is an actual Nerf gun as we like to give children a toy to play with after the cake has been consumed so the fun never ends :)
