Chocolate Igloo Penguin Birthday Cake

The Story behind this Cake
This cake was made for Nick who loves penguins. His girlfriend Chloe had asked for a birthday cake with penguins and I have to say, I was a bit stumped about what to do. Then it hit me, an igloo with penguins standing around it. Knowing that Nick loved chocolate and had a sweet tooth, I made a very moist chocolate cake, covered it with chocolate buttercream and then created the ice blocks with mini marshmallows. I finished the igloo off by sprinkling it in glitter and placing snowflakes and snowballs around. Nick loved his birthday cake.
